It started back up on its own
Almost one hour trying to download the app! I'm in front of my modem and no wi-fi connection. Very dissapointed...
Samsung supposed to be the best ha ha the jokes on you. Forget support. Once your warranty expires forget it. I have 2 dvr's and no updates to drivers or players devices purchases from Sam's club have no support at all 32 cameras and I have to still use XP and explorer to use them. I wonder if Sony is any better. They used to be better. Not for me anymore.

Was working but dosen't work at all any more. Cameras from another company on same wifi are working without a problem. I do have to physically pull out the plug to reconnect, but even then it stops working again.
This app has been steadily getting worse and worse over time so I'm now downgrading to 1 star. I found it hard to believe Samsung software could be this bad so I looked into it. Samsung sold this company to Hanwa, so even though it says Samsung, it's not Samsung! I'm giving up & switching to a different camera along with a different app. Hasta Lavista Samsung wannabe. I'll probably not miss you.
I have had one camera for years and works great. When the power goes out the system will reset so I have to reconnect everytime.. I am having a hard time connecting to Alexa App..
Stopped working on Android 11 and 12. Won't connect to camera.
